MOD Lighting is discounting select indoor and outdoor fixtures through Oct. 31, according to Apartment Therapy’s shopping report. The report advertises savings of up to 40%, but the listed product examples show varying reductions and do not establish that every fixture is discounted by that amount.
MOD Lighting is offering discounts on select indoor and outdoor fixtures through Oct. 31, according to a shopping report published by Apartment Therapy. The report advertises savings of up to 40% and lists reduced prices for several products, including porch lights and chandeliers; shoppers should check the retailer’s product pages for current prices and terms.
Apartment Therapy says the sale covers MOD Lighting’s indoor and outdoor fixtures, with select items discounted through Halloween. Its featured examples include the Haylen outdoor wall light, listed at $100, reduced from $130, and the Indra chandelier, listed at $550, down from $689. The article does not state that these examples represent the full sale selection.
Other fixtures in the report include the Janet Smart chandelier at $370, down from $460; the Kendall chandelier at $390, down from $490; and the Obsidian chandelier at $1,350, down from $1,690. These are the prices shown in the source article, not independently verified current offers. While the headline advertises discounts of up to 40%, the report’s listed examples show smaller reductions, and it does not identify which specific products receive the maximum discount.
The report describes product features alongside the prices. Haylen is presented as an outdoor wall light available in different lengths, while the Janet Smart can be controlled by phone or remote, according to the article. The Indra and Obsidian chandeliers are described as dimmer-switch compatible. Product specifications, availability, shipping costs and any exclusions should be confirmed with MOD Lighting before purchase.
Discounts on Statement Lighting
The sale gives shoppers considering a lighting upgrade a limited-time opportunity to compare reduced prices on fixtures ranging from outdoor entry lights to large chandeliers. That may be relevant to people planning a renovation or replacing a fixture, but the article’s examples remain relatively high-priced purchases, with listed sale prices from $100 to $1,350.
The difference between the advertised maximum discount and the examples matters for budgeting: “up to 40%” does not mean every product is 40% off. Buyers should compare the sale price with the retailer’s current listing, check dimensions and installation requirements, and confirm the final cost before ordering.

What Apartment Therapy Reported
The source is a shopping and sale report from Apartment Therapy, rather than a notice from a government agency or a statement reproduced from MOD Lighting. Apartment Therapy disclosed that it received compensation for the post, while saying the article was written and edited independently by its editorial team. That disclosure is relevant when readers evaluate the shopping coverage.
The report situates the promotion around Halloween and presents the fixtures as options for indoor and outdoor home lighting. It also mentions that MOD Lighting had recently launched a collection of alabaster rechargeable table lamps, but does not provide prices or say whether those lamps are included in this sale. The source labels the offer as running through Oct. 31 but does not give a year in the supplied text.

Sale Terms Still Need Checking
The supplied report does not identify the year of the Oct. 31 deadline, and the date and availability of the offer cannot be established from the article text alone. It also does not list all eligible products, explain exclusions, or name the items that receive the maximum 40% discount.
The listed prices are reported by Apartment Therapy, not confirmed independently here. It remains unclear whether they are still available, whether stock or location affects eligibility, and whether delivery, taxes or other charges change the final price. Shoppers should verify current terms directly with the retailer.

Check Prices Before Ordering
Readers interested in a fixture can check MOD Lighting’s product listings for the current price, sale end date, availability and full terms. Because the source article does not specify a year for Oct. 31, shoppers should not assume that the stated deadline applies to a current calendar year without confirmation.
Apartment Therapy’s report does not announce a later sale date or provide information about what MOD Lighting will offer after Halloween. Any extension, additional discount or change in eligible products remains unconfirmed.
